IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN SHOWN BEFORE (you are not dumb - stupid - or an idiot ) HOW TO COPY AND PAST (1) place the cursor, (the little arrow that you move around) on your computer screen) behind the last word you want to copy (2) press and hold down the left click button on your mouse - still holding the button down - scroll backwards - this should highlight the text. Move it slowly and carefully. (3) practice highlighting sections until you can highlight only the bits you need to copy. DO NOT highlight the whole page. (4) take your finger of the left click button, the highlighted section should stay high lighted (5) Place the cursor (little arrow) anywhere on the highlighted area - and click on it with the left button on you mouse (click and remove your finger) (6) this should open up a new box on your screen. . Right click on the word copy (7) Open your email to send an email - place the cursor in the same place that you want to put the "copy' (the bit you saved) and click the right button on your mouse (don't hold it down) (8) the new box should open again. . Place the cursor (little arrow) on the word 'paste' right click . . . That should work… email me if this does not work . At first attempt this can be quite a tricky operation.
