My name is Pat Davis, I have a love of vintage and classic cars. I live in an outback pub. (Kajabbi Queensland Australia). About ten years ago I created a web site to cater for my many classic car friends, a place where they could buy, swap and sell cars and parts. .. I wanted it to be a free site. I never realized at the time that free sites where a user could simple list parts they wanted to sell or buy would be so difficult. The early days I was spammed by every conceivable free poster from how to have a good time with Mary. To bulk listings of personal bedroom items. The sites that this blog caters for is the continuing result. It has been a fun trip this far. currently working on the |

Introducing Tubby Update July 11th |

PUB CLOSED After 100 years of wetting the whistles of tourists, miners, station hands and locals, the Kalkadoon pub (affectionately known to North West Queenslanders simply as the Kajabbi pub) has called for final drinks. During the next few months I will be adding links to this blog from as many of my web pages as I can, (there are lots of them) Currently keeping me busy I am slowly removing expired links - from the old restocar site. I still have many links in awkward places that still point to the old classified forms. And many pages that were lost when this site left my control. Hopefully with time I can resurrect these pages. Including the Aston Martin pages and others that I still have somewhere locked inside a damaged hard drive. I am slowly creating a cross flow of links to the new forum Building websites is an extremely slow process. I sincerely thank all my users for help they have given me, and continue to offer. thank you TUBBY |
