1970 RAMBLER REBEL

Was also present at the Christmas party sporting a Monza Red Rambler Rebel.

       Andrew has owned the car around seven years  and says the car is pretty well original - but he has upgraded the brakes - I never asked what had been done to them because I was too busy looking under the bonnet - mmmm- V8… (Homer Simpson imitation)

Andrew is looking for a

2.78 Rambler diff .

The Car is powered by an AMC  360  Motor , it has a Borg-Warner II Box  (same as Ford FMX and Jag ) a 9 -3/4"

Diff,  So I snapped a few pic  under the bonnet just for the fun of it..

Andrew has done a bit work on the Rambler and told me that he has pulled down the motor  replaced valve springs, rings bearings, pistons cams etc.  But I think its one of those cars that just keeps going  without much hassle.
